CHAPTER 1 — THE BOARDROOM
Eric L. Wiggins spent the first chapter of his career at the highest levels of corporate America. As a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, he learned what it takes to build world-class products and lead high-performance teams in one of the most competitive consumer goods companies on the globe. During his tenure at Eli Lilly and Company, he advanced to Global Marketing Executive and led the Neuroscience National Speaker Development Team, training hundreds of professionals to communicate complex clinical concepts with clarity and conviction. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Earlham College and his MBA in Marketing and Business Economics from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He knows the boardroom. He knows the pressure. He knows what it costs to lead at the highest level.
THE CONVICTION
CHAPTER 2 — THE PULPIT
In September 2006, Eric stepped into a new chapter of his calling by founding New Horizons Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. For nearly two decades, he has served as Founding Senior Pastor, cultivating a thriving congregation and developing impactful leaders across the region. Driven by a vision for marketplace ministry, he launched the Wiggins Legacy Group and established Wisdom Empire, a platform designed to equip professionals to win at work using biblical wisdom. A certified Executive Leadership Coach and Consultant through Life Coach Training International, Eric deeply understands the pulpit, the true cost of servant leadership, and the critical gap between Sunday morning and Monday morning. He writes and speaks from experience because he has lived successfully in both worlds his entire adult life.
